Empowering Futures: Whitman’s Career Coaching Initiative
The Career Coaching initiative allows Whitman students to build a relationship with a dedicated Career Coach who can help them get started early with the process of exploring meaningful opportunities for getting involved, building experience, stepping into leadership roles, connecting with mentors, and ultimately achieving their goals - both while they're at Whitman, and beyond.

The Center also hosts a team of Student Career Advisors (SCAs), trained peer career liaisons who can help students with a variety of needs from resume reviews to job search assistance and more.
Connecting With Community Partners to Create Real Impact
We strive to build strong, sustainable relationships with our community partners in order to create meaningful opportunities for students. From internships to volunteer work, students have a chance to come alongside other members of the Walla Walla community and make a positive contribution to the area. Our partnerships are designed to assist our partners in advancing their initiatives and purposes in a way that benefits the whole community, and we are proud to be part of such an effort.

Our Four-Phase Plan is designed to support you each step of the way; from your first year searching for internships to your senior year building a professional resume.
