Prof. Uddin is co-editing with CUNY film professor Michael Boyce Gillespie, Black One Shot, an art criticism series devoted to black visual and expressive culture. b.O.s. runs throughout the summer and features 30+ scholars and curators experimenting with 1000 word essays on one work of black art.
