Richard Molina

Visiting Instructor of Computer Science

Richard started his academic journey studying information technology in his home country. He was intrigued by the applicability of providing solutions to his community through information technology. These new experiences and the hope of making a difference made him decide to continue his graduate education globally to research the different fields of computer science. Richard understood information technology in the industry in China, software engineering and machine learning in healthcare and transportation frameworks in the United Kingdom and France, and human-computer interaction and machine learning in e-learning platforms in the United States.

These new insights shaped his critical thinking to understand cultures, languages, and learning environments and be aware of the multidimensional benefits of computer science for humanity. Richard continues his teaching and research in those fields to amplify minority diversity in the computer science field.
