Jason Ralston first became interested in economics during high school after taking on microeconomics. He later saw the broader scope of economics in college, and became interested on how psychology influences economic behavior. He seeks to reformulate models based on rational economic actors and inform them with insights from psychology and other fields. His focus is on topics of heuristic behavior, limited cognitive resources, game theory, and cooperative games.
