Texts and Editions
The following texts will be made available at the beginning of the term at the Whitman College book store. If you choose to secure these texts through another source, make sure to obtain the correct editions; see the ISBN numbers to make sure you have the correct editions. Since you’ll be using these books in class to support your interpretations and arguments by directing your fellow discussants to particular passages in the text, it is important for everyone to have the same editions.
