I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), credentialed in Washington State. I received my Masters in Couples and Family Therapy (MACFT) from Seattle University, as well as a Masters in Comparative Religions/Sociology (MAT) from Regent College (Vancouver BC). My previous counseling experience focused upon couples, families, and individuals, working through anxiety/depression, grief, relational conflict, trauma/oppression, neurodiversity, emotional regulation, alone/together issues, meaning/vocation, etc. In addition, I have worked with international students for many years in different cultural settings.
As an integrative mental health counselor, I utilize relational theories as well as Existential, Object Relations, Gestalt, and Person-Centered Theories. I work to discover and facilitate resiliency by exploring and resolving whatever hinders persons from living their highest thriving lives.
"I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams."
