Matt Osborne ’93

Matt Osborne ’93 made a major gift to Whitman and the Upward Together campaign to support renovations of fraternity chapter facilities that will enhance the student experience and strengthen our vibrant campus community. While at Whitman, he majored in English, competed in varsity tennis and was an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity.

Osborne is President of Osborne Construction Company in Kirkland, Washington. He is a member of a proud Whitman family, including his late father, George Osborne ’67; his mother, Susan Wilbanks Garrison ’67; and his aunt, Barbara Osborne ’69.

Fifty Under 50 is a new initiative recognizing emerging leaders in philanthropy. Members are graduates of the class of 1989 or later and have made gifts and pledges exceeding $50,000 to the campaign.
