Music Talent Scholarships

Whitman College invites you to audition for our prestigious Music Talent Scholarships.

These are four-year renewable scholarships that are awarded to Whitman College students who demonstrate outstanding musical talent or potential, regardless of major. All scholarship recipients receive additional lesson scholarships on their respective instruments. Scholarship recipients are required to perform in the appropriate ensemble (Chorale, Collaborative Piano, Jazz I or II, Orchestra, or Wind Ensemble).

Auditions are offered for all major instruments and voice. Ideally, your audition should include two contrasting examples of your best work.

If you are applying Early Decision, your scholarship application is due five days after the application deadline. If you are applying for regular decision, you have until January 22, 2025, to get your scholarship application in!

Regular Decision Talent Scholarship Application Deadline: January 23, 2025
