Stationery, Business Cards & Nametags
Ordering Stationery
Departments and programs have the opportunity to place stationery orders twice a year via our convenient print portal. Typically, this portal is accessible for order submissions for approximately two weeks, commencing in early January and again in the latter half of August.
To ensure that you are well-prepared for these ordering periods, we will provide advanced notifications. You can expect to find announcements in both Whitman Today and in emails sent to department assistants. These notifications will offer you ample time to prepare and provide us with samples of the items you anticipate requiring for the upcoming order cycle.
If you plan to place an order for stationery on behalf of your department but do not possess a login credential for the print portal, please don't hesitate to reach out to Andrea Volz at 509-527-5160 or volza@whitman.edu for assistance.
Ordering Business Cards
If you need to order business cards, email to pubprint@whitman.edu. Please make sure your email includes the following:
- Name
- Title
- All contact info to include (e.g. phone, email, fax, cell)
- Order amount: 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000
- Budget Number
Ordering Nametags
If you need to order a nametag, email Andrea Volz at volza@whitman.edu. Please make sure your email includes the following:
- Name
- Department Name or Title
Please note: Space is limited, and it may be necessary to create a shorter title or department name to accommodate the available space.
Ordering Nameplates
If you need to order a nameplate, email Andrea Volz at volza@whitman.edu. Please make sure your email includes the name you require on the nameplate. Please specify whether you need a holder for the nameplate and select your preference between black, silver or gold. Space is limited.
