Call the police. Dial 911. Stay on the phone until the dispatcher tells you to hang up.

Be observant. Try to get a good description of the individual(s).

If possible, note:

• Height
• Weight
• Sex
• Race
• Approximate age
• Clothing
• Method and direction of travel
• Name (if known)
• License plate # of vehicle
• Make, model, and color of car
• Location
