Student Employment
There are a number of on-campus student jobs available at WCTS. We provide on-the-job training and flexible hours from early morning to late evening. Positions include computer hardware & software support, audio-visual & event support, and project-based multimedia support.
Our openings vary throughout the year, but we do the majority of our hiring at the beginning of each academic year. All applications can be found on the Student Engagement Center's Handshake website.
Consider the following:
General Lab Consultant - Computer hardware and software support. Positions are based at the Library Tech Desk and the Technology Services Help Desk.
Multimedia Development Lab (MDL) Consultant - Project based work that includes the use of specialty software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.
Instructional Multimedia Services (IMS) Consultant - Classroom technology support with audio and visual components. Event support which includes multimedia equipment such as projectors, microphones, sound systems, and video cameras.
